Established in 1975 and headquartered in St. Catharines, Upper Canada Planning and Engineering Limited has a staff of engineering professionals and support staff in offices across Southern Ontario. We provide engineering studies, planning, design and construction services to both the public and private sectors for civil projects, municipal infrastructure, transportation and traffic systems and water resources.
